- All orders are shipped usually within 24 hours. Only, the exclusive or on-demand manufactured product are shipped as per the discussed timeline
- You are requested to provide correct address details and contact details for the timely delivery of the product
- ARTFLYCK is not liable for any delay arising due to incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of checkout
Please note we do not entertain any address change request once the order is dispatched.
- You may cancel the order any time before the dispatch. For canceling the order, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with the order ID
- In case of prepaid order, the full paid amount will be credited back to the same payment method used while making the payment.
We do not entertain above cancellation policy once the product is dispatched.
You may return or exchange in case of damaged or wrong product received.
- It is the responsibility of buyer to raise their request within the 24 hours of the receipt of the product.
- For return/exchange, you can mail us at email@example.com with the images of the product received. We highly recommend you to make a video of unboxing
- ARTFLYCK will validate the request and arrange the pickup of the product.
- The order should be in their original packaging with tags and should be unused.
- Upon receiving the pack, our team will investigate the product and update you on the final decision. We reserve the right to deny return/exchange if the product has been damaged when received at our warehouse.
- If your request is approved, you can exchange with the same or lesser value product (the balance amount will be credited back to you)
- In case of refund, the full paid amount will be credited back to the same payment method used while making the payment for paid orders. For COD orders, the amount can be credited back to the customer’s account
Below are some exceptions:
- Any product brought under the sale / offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
- A refund or exchange will only be provided for those products that are returned in original condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
- Note* - Return/Exchange not valid for Resin clutches and the customized products
- We will arrange for pickup of the old product and ship the new product once we receive the old product at our warehouse and inspect that all the exchange conditions are met.
